Consumer Agreement
RETURNS Just a Touch of Heaven wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Any problem with an order must be reported to us within five (5) working days from receipt of merchandise. On arrival, if your order appears to be damaged, do not accept the shipment. If after you open the shipment you find that you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us immediately within five (5) days of receipt of your package for an Exchange Authorization Number. NO ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. All items must be in the original condition and all paper work must accompany the returned item. Returns will not be authorized after thirty (5) days of the invoice date. For your protection, before returning an item to Just a Touch of Heaven, please insure the package for its full value. COD?s are not accepted. Please ship using the same carrier that delivered the merchandise to you (i.e. USPS, FedEx, etc.). Sales Tax
JUST A tOUCH OF HEAVEN charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
